Rich chocolate sponge layers paired with raspberry American buttercream and a layer of sweet raspberry jam, all wrapped in smooth raspberry Swiss meringue buttercream. Finished with a sprinkle of freeze-dried raspberries for a bold burst of flavour and colour in every bite.
